CRM Offline is a customer relationship management platform designed for the hospitality and service industry. The Service provides tools for lead management, follow-up tracking, staff management, data synchronization, and reporting. The Service is available via web browser and mobile application.
3. Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
3.3 Account Types
The Service offers different account roles (admin, staff, dev). Each role has specific permissions and access levels as defined in the Service. You may only use the account type assigned to you.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Free Tier
The Service offers a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify the features of the free tier at any time.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features and increased usage limits. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.
4.4 GST
Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to subscription fees as per applicable tax laws.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code

6. Data Ownership and License

You are encouraged to maintain your own backups of critical data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from your actions, including but not limited to accidental deletion or failure to synchronize.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRM Offline and Aquila Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
